OdySight isn’t compatible with my patient’s device. What should I do?

Your patient may have informed you they can’t use the application because they don’t have a supported smartphone or tablet.

As a medical device, OdySight can only be installed on devices with the following technical specifications to ensure the accuracy and reproducibility of our tests. The technical specifications needed:

  • Minimal operating system:
    - Android™ 8.0
    - iOS® 12
  • Screen resolution equal to or higher than:
    - 280 ppi* for Android™
    - 260 ppi* for iOS®

  • Screen diagonal larger than 4.7“

  • Presence of a front camera at the top of the device

  • Presence of a light sensor (for Android™ devices)

* or equal to or greater than 320 ppi for users with a visual acuity between 20/32 (or +0.2 logMAR or 6/10) and 20/20 (or 0 logMAR or 10/10).
