From the main page of the dashboard, complete the prescription form to allow one of your patients to get their unique code and download the app from the store. The fields you have to complete are:
- Patient last name
- Patient first name
- Patient mobile phone number
- Patient email
- Patient’s Visual Acuity (left and right eyes)
- Patient’s gender
- Patient’s birthdate
- Linked Physician(s)
Once these fields are completed, click the Create button. Your patient will then receive an SMS and an email containing instructions for downloading the app and start using OdySight.
⚠️ The patient email can’t be changed after the account is created.
