If you haven’t found the answer to your question in the FAQ or have a patient who has contacted you with a question, you can reach us at supportUS@odysight.app. Excluding weekends and holidays, all emails are answered within 48 open hours.  

If you are contacting us about a patient, please include their name and email address as well as the problem, so we can contact them and get it resolved as quickly as possible.
